Sirius Rocketry is still shipping orders, closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation and doing our part to "flatten the curve." Our personal health, the health of our community and the health of all our customers is being taken into account in all the decisions that we are making. In accordance with Wisconsin's statewide "Safer at Home" order, we are not open to the public for pickups as in the past, and movement of essential personnel is being kept to an absolute minimum. Orders are being fulfilled as quickly as possible and in the order that they are received.

We are adhering to CDC guidelines for recommended safety, hygiene, workspace cleanliness and social distancing and are maintaining "minimal basic operations" on site. We are still fulfilling orders, but as a result of the current situation it is at a slower pace all around. Due to the COVIID-19 situation, orders are taking a little more time from processing to packing to final shipment. We have also reduced our trips to the Post Office to consolidate trips and also reduce our time spent on multiple trips and exposure while putting packages into the system in the most efficient and safest way possible.

Because of COVID-19 ALL of our partner carriers have noted that packages are taking longer to go through the system as all of the carriers have taken steps to also ensure the health of their employees and the safe delivery of parcels. Most carriers estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed at the moment, and the fluid situation can cause unexpected delays. We use FedEx, UPS, and USPS and you can read all of their respective COVID-19 responses and guidelines on each of their websites. Please understand that once we put your package into the system, it is in the hands of the carrier and we can no longer control how long it takes to get to you. Most of the time, it is no different than normal, but in the current situation, sometimes something happens that the package takes just a little longer. Right now many USPS shipments are taking much longer than is normal to arrive, especially ground (Parcel Select) shipments containing model rocket motors. The package scans are as not frequently updated at the moment as a result of the slower movement. Please allow extra time for all shipments through all carriers. Any inquiries as to package delays will be referred to where they need to be referred to - the carrier. Thanks for your understanding!

Your continued patronage of Sirius Rocketry means a lot to us and we are happy to help you pass the time "home alone" with items to help you enjoy your favorite hobby, and will be there for you with supplies when you can finally go out and fly. We are still receiving new inventory and new product during this time and are resupplying new stock from all the rocketry companies that are shipping to us in this situation.

You have also asked us how you can help us in this time. First, stay healthy and safe! Second, understand that we and our carriers are also staying safe and as a result orders may take a little while longer to get from us to you. We can sometimes be a little slower, the carriers can sometimes be a little slower, but as always when you order, we ship ASAP, and you get the order as soon as possible as a happy customer. We ask your patience if there is any disruption. Third, please let folks know within your circle of Facebook friends, rocketry clubs and forums, that we are still here, a great rocketry company with great products ready to ship in these uncertain times.
