Semroc 1:2 SLS Arcas

The Semroc SLS Arcas is the perfect bridge between Model, Mid and High-Power Rocketry. It can fly on everything from a D12 all the way up to an H128 for your certification flight!

This scale model of the Atlantic Research Corporation's ARCAS sounding rocket is a heavy-duty and large bird. At 1/2 scale of the real 4.5" diameter ARCAS, the SLS Arcas comes with a 2.25" diameter heavy-wall body tube, beautiful precision-turned balsa nose and tail cones, laser-cut basswood fins and detail parts, an ejection baffle (no wadding!) a heavy-duty elastic shock cord, 24" rip-stop Nylon Parachute, a 29mm motor mount, and even a 24mm-29mm adapter!

The original ARCAS rockets flew over 14,000 flights. Of course, that was one per rocket. But with the solidly-built Semroc SLS ARCAS, you'll get a lot more than one great flight out of this bird!
